I'm totally coveting these pendant lights. Kind of pricey, but oh so lovely. I think I will have to find a more cost effective option.

This is so not my kitchen, although I hope it will be as nice when it's done.

Where exactly are these going you may ask? We are moving, and so excited. We feel extremely grateful for this opportunity, totally a right time, right place kind of thing. We got a steal on a great house that just needs a lot of TLC, it was EXTREMELY neglected (ie entire basement was a litter box, true story.) So far we've been able to paint a little (the Peterson's rock), have carpet removed, tear out vinyl floors, and clean, clean, clean. All my time there so far has been cleaning the fridge and glass top portion of gas stove. It only took some clorox wipes, windex, glass top stove cleaner, oven cleaner, magic erasers, and razor blades. Thank heavens for magic erasers and razor blades! At one point I thought we might actually have to just get new appliances *tear* but everything is coming clean minus the dishwasher. Sigh.
The house also came with a creature in the basement (to be determined). But that is a whole other story...
Anyway, I will post some before pictures later and some after pictures much, MUCH later (like January?).
Coming soon...more pictures of baby Harper & a preview of Jeremy & Maryann!
