Aubrey was awesome enough to invite Zach and I to the Ben Folds concert in her neck of the woods. We had an awesome time. The concert was the best. He played two full sets, it was like two concerts! The first half was mostly from his new album 'Way to Normal.' He started the second half by coming out and saying he understood that we couldn't possibly appreciate his new album yet, not like we love his old stuff. So he played a whole set of some of our favorites. It was awesome! AND one of the best parts was that it was in an auditorium, great acoustics, AND it had seats, unlike when we saw him at Saltair. SO NICE!

Ben's tour bus. I really wanted to wait, but we've heard he's a jerk. We decided it probably wasn't worth it because he'd just spit on our shoe and make us sad, or something like that.
I have some video, but I'll save that for another post.

Whether or not he's a jerk, he sure writes fantastic music eh? That concert must have been SOOOO great! I'm very jealous!
Two sets?! That's awesome. Which songs did he play from "Way to Normal?" I actually really love the new album. And I love you. So glad that you got to see Ben twice this years. TWICE! (say like Barbara Bush).
