The a couple of months ago Zach and I decided to change our lives. We decided to start eating better and getting more exercise. The goal is to lose weight, of course, but mostly to just be healthier. At the time Rachel P. had started a diet and being the cheerleader that she is, convinced us to do it with her. We are so glad she did :) I'm not ready to admit to any goals now or my progress, I want to be just a little further along, BUT I was amazed at the difference it made in my face and neck. The first one is from around July, the second one is today. I was starting to actually lose my neck (gross) and that was just depressing. It's so nice to have it back! AND to have 1 chin not several. So from time to time we will update you on our diet status. It's very exciting.
But I will say how proud of Zach I am. It makes me a little sick how much easier it is for guys to lose weight. BUT I'm really happy for him, I wish I had some pics of him to show....I suppose I will have to take some. He's already lost 20+ lbs. It's amazing!...He's amazing.

I need to go on a healthy diet, not to loose weight but just to be healthier and feel healthy. Give myself some brain food so maybe I can be more focused!

Wow you look so awesome, way to go. Thanks for the motivation to get healthy... I need it bad, yesterday I ate 3 corn dogs. Ok well like 1 full and 2 halves but still I ended up with three sticks on my plate.
