I feel so silly and weepy today. My heart is just full. This surprises me. I just didn't see it coming. The reason for today's emotion-fest? We turned in our adoption profile for approval with LDS Family Services. It was so weird. I was feeling 100% normal and then I pulled up to the agency, thought I better read through our letter one more time (not that I could have done anything at that point. I'd already made all the copies.) And then I just felt this overwhelming wave of love come over me. I pulled myself together so I didn't look like a fool walking into the agency, but when I got back to my car, I just cried. It is such a HUGE relief for it to be complete. It's even more of a relief/comfort to know we put our whole heart into it and that we are making the right decisions for our family. I'm just so happy. It's so exciting to be moving on to this next phase of our adoption story.
We are so grateful for our friends and family who helped us. :) You guys rock. That is why we are friends with you.
We are really excited to share the finished product. I don't want to jinx it so I'm going to wait until tomorrow after it's officially approved. Stay tuned!

Yout two will be the most wonderful parents a kid could have. To tell you the truth, I have been looking on their website seeing if you were done. I am excited for your future. We will keep you in our prayers and thoughts.
On a personal note, thank you for the hug and kind words on Sunday. You have made a difference in my life.

Hey, that is great!! This may sound a little cheesy, but I think you crying when you pulled up was the spirit telling and confirming to you that there is a perfect spirit out there waiting to come to you both!! I'm excited for you, you'll do great!
